We typically take 30-45 min with each client. The length can vary depending on your individual needs. It takes some clients a few more minutes to wind down and we can to help create a safe space for you to relax at your own pace.


Will I Be Laying Down?

This is a common question we get asked and the answer is NO. You will be sitting up in a comfortable chair in comfortable clothing. We love the come as you are approach to this type of massage as it is easy to fit into a busy schedule.


How Often Should I Receive This Treatment?

If you are looking for a treatment to help you relax and take time out for yourself, I usually suggest that you come for an Indian head massage every 2–5 weeks. This can also be easily added onto other salon services as well.


Is Indian Head Massage Safe For All Clients?

Massage is one of the most natural and safest forms of therapy known to man. However there are certain circumstances when massage should be temporarily avoided. You should speak with your practitioner about your health history before the massage to prevent pain or injury.
